Where are your tile showrooms located?

We have two tile supply locations in Kent: Sidcup Tile King in Sidcup, and Discount Tile & Stone Warehouse in Gravesend. Both locations welcome walk-in customers.

Can I visit your tile showroom without an appointment?

Yes. You can visit our Sidcup or Gravesend tile showrooms at any time during opening hours. No appointment is required.

What types of tiles do you stock?

We stock a wide range of wall and floor tiles, including porcelain and ceramic tiles, suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and commercial projects.

Do you have tile displays in-store?

Yes. Both our Sidcup and Gravesend locations have in-store tile displays and sample boards so customers can view colours, finishes, and textures in person.

Do you sell tiling supplies and accessories?

Do you deliver tiles across the UK?

Yes, we deliver to most locations across the UK. Delivery availability depends on your postcode and the size of your order.

How are tiles delivered?

Tiles are typically delivered by a third-party courier on a pallet. Deliveries are kerbside only and will be left at the nearest accessible location.

Will the driver unload or carry tiles into my property?

No. Kerbside delivery only is provided. The driver will not break down pallets or carry goods into your property, so please ensure help is available if needed.

Are tiles heavy?

Yes. Tiles can be heavy, especially when delivered in full boxes or on pallets. Please take care when handling and removing packaging to avoid injury or damage.

What if delivery is not available to my postcode?

If delivery is not available at checkout, please contact us directly. Our team may be able to offer an alternative delivery solution or advise on collection from one of our locations.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Collection is available from our Sidcup and Gravesend locations. Our team will confirm when your order is ready for collection.
