If you buy any product from Discount Tile And Bathroom warehouse then find it in stock cheaper somewhere else within 7 days, we will match the price and give you an extra 5% discount. The product must be in stock, at retailer’s premises, at the time of purchase.

Price match does not apply to Internet sites or retailers operating from temporary premises.

Over’s, Refunds & Buy Back

As exact estimating is difficult, make sure you buy more than enough tiles to do the job. Apart from special orders (see below), the goods we supply to you are on approval and you may return any undamaged stock tiles or goods that do not meet with your approval provided you do so within 14 days of the purchase date as long as you have a valid receipt. No refund will be made without a valid receipt. Only full boxes in a ‘re-saleable’ condition will be accepted back for credit/refund.

Return goods are returned to us at customers transport cost.

We cannot be held responsible for our calculation service if you have tiles or goods over at the completion of your project.

• Special Order Goods  Please note that special order items are not supplied on approval and the refund arrangements described above are not available.  No special orders are returnable.Don’t forget to bring your receipt if you require a refund.
• Sale Goods  Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds for discounted or sale goods.
• Coloured Grouts  Please read the manufactures instructions before using grouts or adhesive. Make a test area to check the grout will not stain or scratch tiles when using.
