It effectively neutralises tensions between the substrate and the tile or stone covering to prevent cracking at the surface. Moreover, DITRA-DRAIN 4 promotes subaeration to help with quick curing of the adhesive and drains accumulating water without pressure.
The polyethylene membrane with its stud structure has a fleece fabric to bond with the tile adhesive and a special filter webbing.
